Disconnects

IF YOU ARE DISCONNECTED or PAYING AFTER THE APPLICABLE DUE DATE…DO NOT PAY YOUR BILL ONLINE!  CONTACT THE OFFICE – 281-356-5060

  1. Services may be disconnected for the following reasons:
  • <spanstyle=’font-family:wingdings’>Payments are 30 days past due.<spanstyle=’font-family:wingdings’>
  • <spanstyle=’font-family:wingdings’>Regular payment made by check is returned by the bank<spanstyle=’font-family:wingdings’>
  • <spanstyle=’font-family:wingdings’>Non-compliance with service agreement

  1. If you have been disconnected for any reason, please call the office to make appropriate arrangements to restore the service.
  2. Disconnection for any reason results in a reconnection fee provided in the Rate Tariff and Order. Repeat offenders may be required to pay additional deposits as provided in the Rate Tariff and Order.
  3. DO NOT attempt to pay any fees for reconnection online!Call the office and we will be happy to assist you.
