- Services may be disconnected for the following reasons:
- <spanstyle=’font-family:wingdings’>Payments are 30 days past due.<spanstyle=’font-family:wingdings’>
- <spanstyle=’font-family:wingdings’>Regular payment made by check is returned by the bank<spanstyle=’font-family:wingdings’>
- <spanstyle=’font-family:wingdings’>Non-compliance with service agreement
- If you have been disconnected for any reason, please call the office to make appropriate arrangements to restore the service.
- Disconnection for any reason results in a reconnection fee provided in the Rate Tariff and Order. Repeat offenders may be required to pay additional deposits as provided in the Rate Tariff and Order.
- DO NOT attempt to pay any fees for reconnection online!Call the office and we will be happy to assist you.
